The episode of Carpool Karaoke featuring Linkin Park and actor Ken Jeong, filmed six days before the death of Chester Bennington is now available online.
The 23-minute episode was published to Facebook for free with the blessing of Bennington's family and band mates.
In the video, Bennington and his band mates Mike Shinoda and Joe Hahn join Jeong as they drive around Los Angeles joking around and singing several songs.
Some of the hits featured on the show include Outkast's "Hey Ya," Red Hot Chili Peppers' "Under the Bridge," Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Sweet Home Alabama" and Aerosmith's "I Don't Wanna Miss a Thing."
The quartet also belts out some Linkin Park hits like "Numb," "In the End," and "Talking to Myself."
The video ends with a link to the One More Light Fund, which was established by the band to honour Bennington's generous spirit and his desire to help others.
On July 20, 2017, Bennington's body was found in his home in Los Angeles. The coroner's office determined the cause of death was suicide by hanging. Bennington was 41.
Since his death, Bennington's wife Talinda has been promoting discussion on mental health and depression.
In what she called her "most personal tweet" she had ever done, Talinda shared a video filmed 36 hours before her husband took his own life.
It shows Bennington eating mystery flavored jelly beans and laughing with his children. Talinda said "this is what depression looked like to us" and "depression doesn't have a face or a mood."
This is what depression looked like to us just 36 hrs b4 his death. He loved us SO much & we loved him. #fuckdepression #MakeChesterProud pic.twitter.com/VW44eOER4k
