It's going to be a gorgeous weekend, lots of sunshine, temperatures in the high 20s, so the last thing you'll want to do is sit in traffic.
If you do need to be driving this weekend, there are some areas you should avoid.
Continuing work on the Turcot Interchange will force the complete closure of the ramps connecting both Highway 20 East and Highway 15 South to the still in progress Ville Marie Expressway (Route 136) starting at 11:59 P.M. Friday until 5:00 A.M. Monday.
At the same time the ramp from the westbound Ville Marie to Decarie North (Highway 15) will also be closed.
With ongoing work on the new Champlain Bridge, crews will have to block off an entire section of Highway 15. The northbound side will be closed between Centre-Ville / Île-des-Soeurs (Exit 58) and de la Vérendrye (Exit 62) from Friday 11:00 P.M. until Monday at 5:00 A.M.
The de la Vérendrye and de l'Église Exit (62) on Highway 15 South will also be closed from Friday 11:59 P.M. to Monday 5:00 A.M.
