There are a number of road closures that are expected to make getting around town a little more difficult than usual this weekend.
Once again the Turcot Interchange rebuild is the source of many of the disruptions.
Starting Friday at 11:59 P.M. until Monday at 5:00 A.M. there will be several closures:
- Complete closure of eastbound Route 136 (new Ville Marie Expressway) from the Trucot Interchange to the entrance for Notre-Dame and Cathédrale St.
- The ramp connecting Highway 15 south to Route 136 east.
- The ramps connecting the westbound Ville Marie Expressway to Highway 20 west and Highway 15 south.
Motorists using Highway 20 will also find themselves taking some detours this weekend as well.
Starting Friday at 11:59 P.M. to Monday at 5:00 A.M. Highway 20 westbound will be completely shut down between Notre-Dame Blvd. (Exit 67) and the Saint-Pierre Interchange.
The ramp from Highway 20 west to Route 138 west will be closed during the same time period.
The entrance to Highway 20 west at Monk Blvd. will be off limits from Friday 11:30 P.M. to Monday at 5:00 A.M.
From 11:00 P.M. Friday to 5:00 A.M. Monday the Angrignon Blvd entrance to Highway 20 west will also be closed.
