Police believe a Laval murder at a car dealership is connected to organized crime.
The SQ is investigating after 31-year Alessandro Vinci was shot Thursday evening at Automobile Vinci, owned by his father, on Levesque Blvd. near Berthiaume du Tremblay Park.
"The Laval came on scene and later on during the night some clues were found that could indicate that this murder could be linked to organized crime, which is the reason why the Surete du Quebec was called", said SQ spokeperson Joyce Kemp in an interview with CTV.
A police command post was set up in the area as police worked to gather information in the case, which had no suspects as of Friday evening.
It's Laval's 5th murder of 2018.
