Contemporary art fair Papier is also celebrating 10 years of existence. Over 300 artists are taking part in the free fair, which is at the Arsenal Gallery in Griffintown. it’s all about ‘the medium of paper and the possibilities it offers’, and there are guided tours and panel discussions to go along with the visuals.

Experience Bruce Springsteen's Born in the USA with super tribute band Tommy Youngsteen on Friday night at Fairmount Theatre. And what a lineup of musicians: current and former members of Stars, The Stills, The Arkells, Sam Roberts Band and Serena Ryder Band will be playing tunes by not just the Boss, but also Tom Petty and Neil Young.
Bagel Burlesque Expo returns for a sophomore season of celebrating neo-burlesque! See all your favourite Montreal dancers along with visiting professionals, like Forbsie Flare of Edmonton, Olive Von Topp of Guelph, Zilly Lilly of Toronto and Minty Newport of New York City. They’re performing Friday night at the Theatre Plaza. The schedule also includes workshops, and a brunch-time show Sunday at Pompette Restaurant on the Main.
