It's the weekend, which means another batch of road and lane closures in Montreal.
As the Turcot Interchange reconfiguration work continues, the Decarie south ramp to the eastbound Highway 136 will close from Friday night at 11:59 p.m. until Monday at 5 a.m., and that ramp that leads from the 20 East to the 136 will be down from 11:30 p.m. on Friday to 6:30 a.m. on Saturday.
Meanwhile, on the Jacques-Cartier Bridge, one of two outbound lanes will be closed from 10 p.m. on Friday through 5 a.m. Monday. One inbound lane will shut down during the overnight hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights — Friday and Saturday, it's from midnight to 9 in the morning, while on Sunday night, the lane will go down at 9, and reopen at 5 on Monday morning.
And on the Champlain Bridge, one inbound lane will go down on Saturday from 4 in the morning to 1 in the afternoon, while one outbound lane will close on Saturday from 11 in the morning until 8 at night.
Meanwhile, Marie-Victorin Blvd. eastbound, under the Champlain, will be completely closed from 10 p.m. on Friday through 5 a.m. on Monday, so crews can install modular trusses above Highway 132.
