The off-island town of Rigaud is lifting the water restrictions it places on its citizens over the weekend.
About 5,000 Rigaud residents were advised to conserve water this past weekend, after an equipment failure left the town at risk of running out.
Public works crews in Rigaud spent the last three days working to fix the problem.
The order was designed to keep the town from dipping into a water reserve which it uses for emergency situations such as firefighting.
