A high school vice principal created a stir Tuesday after his use of blackface in his Halloween costume.
Jocelyn Roy dressed as Jamaican musician Bob Marley for a parade of costumes at College de Montreal, but he took the costume and facepaint off after some students complained.
The school's communications director tells CTV Montreal that Roy has apologized and says the school used the incident as a teachable moment with students and teachers talking about the acceptable limits for Halloween costumes.
