Montreal police are hoping the public can help locate other possible victims of a man charged with mugging several people on the West Island.
According to authorities, 62-year old Marino Conti, who was arrested two weeks ago, went after seniors and people with disabilities.
There've been four alleged victims.
Conti allegedly mugged two people at Plaza Pointe-Claire as well as a victim at Douglas-Shand and Saint-John’s Blvds., not far from a police station since the end of February.
He also allegedly robbed another person in Lachine.
None of the supposed victims was hurt, but, in four cases, they were threatened with death or being shot.
Conti is 1.76 metres tall, (5’10’’), and weighs 110 kg, (225 lbs).
He speaks English and drove a red 2009 Nissan Sentra.
Victims or anyone with information should contact police or call 911.
