While it may not be immortalized in the same way as London Bridge or Humpty Dumpty, Quebec Premier Francois Legault's tumble on Tuesday still provided a couple chuckles on social media.
The Premier stood to speak in the National Assembly as he presented the ministère du Conseil exécutif annual management report. Everything went as it should, except the dismount.
As it turns out when Legault stood up to speak he pushed his chair a little too far away, so when he went to sit back down, the chair wasn't there.
All was well, the Premier wasn't hurt. He got back and even appeared to have a bit of a laugh at his own expense.
