No matter what happens this weekend one thing is for sure, you will be losing some sleep.
As Quebecers prepare to spring our clocks forward this Sunday, a new Leger poll shows more than half the province's parents wish we could keep the hour where it is and catch up on sleep.
For now though, we will once again move time forward at 2:00 A.M.
The result, according to 13 per cent of respondents will leave some Quebecers feeling more irritable and 35 per cent having a harder time getting out of bed.
Nearly two thirds of Quebecers say they need at least a full day to get used to the time change, some could take nearly a week to correct their internal clocks. That number jumps to 72 per cent for those living with children.
The survey was conducted on behalf of the Canada Bread Company between Feb. 6 and 10, with a sample of 1,000 adults. The margin of error is plus or minus 3.1 per cent, 19 times out of 20.
