City of Montreal crews will begin cleaning up after Sunday's 29-centimetre snowfall on Monday evening at 7 o'clock — even though another low pressure system is expected to dump another 10-15 centimetres starting Tuesday night.
"We're starting a snow removal operation as of 7 tonight," the city's point man on snow, Jacques-Alain Lavallée, told CJAD 800's Andrew Carter. "Be cautious and watch for the orange signs."
If you can't park on your own street, the city is making available thousands of free parking spaces. To find out where those are, visit the city's snow removal web site.
You can also visit the web site to track the street-by-street progress of the operation, or download the city's Info-Neige app.
