Comedian Amy Schumer won't be performing at the Bell Centre as scheduled on Friday night — nor will she make her other Canadian dates in Toronto or Ottawa this week.
In an Instagram video posted Tuesday, Schumer explained she was feeling under the weather, and had lost her voice.
"I'm sorry Canadians, sweet people," the comic said. "Every night when I go onstage I promise it's going to be the best show I've ever done, and I can't make that promise because I feel awful and my voice is gone."
Evenko, the promoter for the Bell Centre show, announced that the new date for the Montreal show will be Feb. 17, 2017.
Tickets for the Friday show will be honored on the new date.
