The number of visitors from China jumped 33% while the number of visitors from Mexico increased by 50%.
The average hotel rate in the months of June, July and August was $ 214.10 which was an increase of 11.7% over 2016.
18.2 million people flew into Trudeau Airport in 2016 which was a 9.5% increase from the previous year.
International passenger arrivals jumped 13.5%.
