The Quebec Liberals have paid back $551,400 in illegal campaign donations.
Earlier this year Quebec's Chief Electoral Officer announced the Liberals, Parti Québécois and the CAQ would have to repay some money that was collected between 2006 and 2011.
For the PQ, less than $250,000 in donations was found to have contravened provincial electoral laws. The money has not yet been reimbursed because the total is still being calculated.
In August, the Coalition Avenir Québec paid back a little more than $35,000 that was collected by the Action démocratique du Québec, which merged with the CAQ in 2012.
Elections Quebec has not made public whether the illegal donations came from individuals, politicians or companies.
