It has taken two years of behind the scenes tussling but it looks as though the province will get its hands on about half a million dollars worth of valuables belonging to the Hells Angels.
The seizures were made during the Operation SharQc investigation in 2009.
Prosecution of the case eventually ground to a halt and some bikers were freed.
La Presse says a dozen Hells Angels will get their Harley Davidson motorcycles back, as long as they agree to remove any gang insignia under the watchful of eye of provincial police.
In return, the province will keep Rolex watches, firearms and stacks of cash, altogether worth half a million dollars.
