Montreal police are calling on anyone who may have been victimized by a 27-year-old fraud suspect to come forward and tell their stories.
On Sept. 21, investigators with the force's economic crimes unit arrested Jessica Luong, a women they believe posed as a travel agent who apparently sold discount vacations mainly to acquaintances, earned their trust, and demanded credit card or money transfer payment from her victims.
She's thought to have made more than $30,000 from her crimes.
She's also thought to have orchestrated other kinds of transactions, and used several aliases.
Luong appeared in court the day after her arrest, and is free on bail for the moment.
She stands five feet, five inches tall, and weighs 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information is being asked to visit their local police station or call 9-1-1 to file a formal complaint.
