Longueuil police are re-opening the case of a man who went missing November 25, 1986.
Pierre-Jean Durocher was 23 at the time and worked at a Harvey's restaurant at the corner of Chemin Chambly and Gentilly Street in Longueuil near CEGEP Edouard-Montpetit.
Investigators are asking anyone with information to get in touch.
Longueuil police want to speak with Durocher's former work colleagues.
Police say in a news release Friday new investigation techniques could shed light on Pierre-Jean Durocher's mysterious disappearance 30 years ago.
DNA tests confirm none of the bodies found since his disappearance belonged to the missing man.
Durocher was homosexual and police say they plan to inquire within the gay community.
