Two years later, three men have been arrested in connection with the murder of a French citizen who disappeared in Montreal.
Eric Emenenguene disappeared from Hochelaga-Maisonneuve in July, 2014, just before he was set to return to France.
The 32-year-old man's body was found in the Lanaudiere region about one year later.
Carl Morin and Francis Perron-Longpre, both aged 29, as well as 51-year-old Pierre Morin were arrested on Friday.
The three were arraigned in court over the weekend and face a host of charges. The younger Morin is the only one charged with first-degree murder. Other charges laid between the three accused include committing an indignity to a body and being an accessory after the fact.
