Motorists coming off the Victoria Bridge looking to turn on Mill were greeted by an unexpected road closure Friday morning.
Road crews shut down the street between Bridge and Oak St. after a partial collapse at 10:00 P.M. Thursday.
The hole, while not incredibly large, would be more than enough to wreck someone's car. Crews on sight were more concerned with its depth, which was about six feet, and that the area around the hole sunk a couple of inches.
The cause of the partial collapse is not known; neither is when exactly the road will be reopened.
