After charming Montrealers with his speech at the Palais des congrès, former President Barack Obama had a dinner date with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
The pair arrived at the popular Liverpool House on Notre Dame St. at 7:00 P.M.
According to La Presse they enjoyed a meal featuring the many tastes of Quebec and Canada, including Quebec beef, a seafood platter from out east with lobster spaghetti and wine from Ontario.
After a couple of hours Obama and Trudeau left the restaurant and were greeted by hundreds of fans who had gathered after the Prime Minister tweeted a photo of the diner.
