It appears there won't be any charges filed against six SQ officers accused of taking part in the sexual abuse of aboriginal women in Val D'Or.
Reports suggest the Crown prosecutor's office doesn't have enough evidence to charge the officers.
A year-long investigation by Montreal police led to 37 files being turned over to the Crown.
An official announcement on charges is expected to be made on Friday.
The officers had been suspended following an investigative report from Radio-Canada on the subject which aired in October of 2015.
