Motorists will have to watch their speed in even more spots on the island of Montreal as a slew of photo radar zones will be put in place this month.
Several school zones will have photo radar as of Monday, including Ecole Secondaire St-Laurent in the St-Laurent borough, as well as near Ecole Marc-Laflamme in the Riviere des Prairies-Pointe Aux Trembles borough. Ecole Secondaire Lucien-Page in the Villeray-Saint-Michel-Parc-Extension borough and Ecole Primaire Christ-Roi in the Ahunsic-Cartierville borough will also have photo radar.
Mobile photo radar sites will also be set up at six different traffic arteries in Montreal's East End and will go into effect November 17th.
They are expected to cover segments of Sherbrooke Street East, Pie-IX Boulevard, Saint-Michel Boulevard, Christophe Colomb Avenue, Rene-Levesque Boulevard and Henri Bourassa East Boulevard.
