The Montreal skyline is going to be transformed, again, with the announcement from Broccolini Construction that it will be be building the city's tallest residential highrise.
It's a $300 million investment to build a 56-story mixed-use tower.
The project is going up on 135,000 square feet of land bordered by Saint-Jacques, Notre-Dame, Robert Bourassa and Gauvin which the company purchased in January for $100,000,000
The building will feature eight floors of office and retail space and 400 condominium units.
The work is scheduled to be completed by 2023.
