Quebec's minister responsible for relations with anglophones has met with leaders from more than a dozen Montreal seniors' groups in a bid to learn their concerns.
Kathleen Weil does say they need some adapted public services.
Michael Udy, with Seniors Action Quebec, told CTV what's needed.
"Access to health and social services and information about other things in English, this is always the number one issue, but there are other issues like transportation, housing, abuse, intervening with abuse. Social isolation is becoming more of a topic,” said Udy.
The information collected will be used to develop a new government action plan.
