Former Montreal Canadiens captain Max Pacioretty has sold his five-story Westmount home to a couple of young professionals.
The real-estate agent with Sotheby's International wouldn't reveal the sale price, though the Vegas Golden Knights forward was asking $6.9 million, and reports suggest the asking price was met — and then some.
Joseph Montanaro with Sotheby's International adds it was the largest transaction in Westmount for a single family home in 2018. At least three serious buyers apparently came forward — all of them, Montanaro says, knew what they were buying, and who they were buying from.
Pacioretty, who was traded to the Golden Knights over the summer, purchased the property at 64 St. Sulpice Rd. — just a few blocks north of Dawson College — barely a year ago.
