The fish tartare case is back in the news.
The man who had a severe allergic reaction to the fish he was given, after he ordered steak tartare is now suing the Sherbrooke restaurant, Bistro Le Tapageur, and his waiter, for $515,000.
Simon-Pierre Canuel says he's still having anxiety attacks, phobias and insomnia from the incident that happened in May.
Canuel says the server was not focused on him.
The two sides will be in court on January 30th.
