An altercation in a downtown Montreal bar Sunday morning led to the stabbing of a 54 year old man.
Police received a 9-1-1 call at around 3:20, and found the victim inside the bar located on Crescent near Sainte-Catherine.
He was taken to hospital with stab wounds to his upper body, but his life is not believed to be in danger.
So far, no arrests have been made and police say the suspect fled the bar before officers arrived. Investigators are meeting with witnesses to help determine the events in the bar.
