Forecasts calling for unseasonable heat and humidity may have led to the cancellation of Sunday's 42.1-km race, but all the other races are still on.
And that will mean street closures throughout the weekend.
The Jacques-Cartier Bridge, the traditional starting point for the marathon, will still be closed on Sunday morning, starting at 3 a.m. It will reopen at 11 a.m.
The bike and pedestrian path will remain open.
The half-marathon will begin on the bridge at 7:30 a.m. Sunday — an hour earlier than originally scheduled.
The race will make its way through Parc-Jean Drapeau before runners cross the Concorde bridge, through the streets of Old Montreal and the Gay Village, all the way up to Lafontaine Park, where the finish line is.
The 10k run, which begins on Sunday at 8:45 a.m. as scheduled, will begin at Wilfrid-Laurier Park, make its way down St. Joseph Blvd. E. as far as Olympic Park, and then back down St. Joseph Blvd. to the finish line at Lafontaine Park.
On Saturday, the 1k and 5k runs take place. The 5k race begins at Lafontaine Park at 8:30, with a time limit of an hour and a half. It'll make its way through the streets of the Quartier Latin before returning to the finish line at Lafontaine Park.
The 1k race begins on Saturday at 10:30 a.m., with the course entirely within and along Lafontaine Park.
