Canadian public health officials now say it's safe to eat romaine lettuce again.
The Public Health Agency of Canada is reporting there've been no illnesses reported in the three provinces where an advisory went out — Quebec, Ontaro and New Brunswick.
In the US, the investigation into the precise source of the e. coli infection continues.
In the days and weeks following the initial advisory issued on Nov. 20, lettuce grown in some parts of California were not being brought into Canada.
