Carey Price will play his first meaningful game for the Habs in 11 months on Thursday night, when the Canadiens entertain the Arizona Coyotes at the Bell Centre.
Coach Michel Therrien confirmed the news on Thursday morning.
Price played for Canada in the recent World Cup of Hockey, and played for the Habs in the pre-season, but a flu bug kept him out of the lineup for the first week of the regular season.
It'll be his first regular-season action since Nov. 25, 2015, when he played two periods against the Rangers in New York. He sat out the rest of the season with a knee injury.
