It's going to be a hot and humid start to the week in the Montreal area.
"Daytime highs near 30 degrees and humidex values near 40 are expected again on Monday" said Environment Canada in its latest heat warning.
The warning is in effect for:
- Island of Montreal
- Laval
- Longueuil - Varennes
Experts advise you drink plenty of water and reduce your activity during the hottest times of the day.
