How would you like to get paid to live in a modern tiny-home with a picturesque view of the Aegean Sea on the island of Syros?
While it may sound too good to be true, I'm not kitten around, it's an actual job posting that you can apply for right now.
The cat-ch?
You must LOVE cats.
Joan Bowell, of 'God's Little People Cat Rescue,' is looking for someone to take over the daily routine at the large cat sanctuary in Greece.
"You will have 55 cats in your care and need to be able to overview them all and feed and medicate, big added bonus if you're trained vet" Bowell wrote in a now viral post on Facebook.
Since the post went live on August 5, Bowell said she has received "a bazillion" applications.
"From experience the job is most suitable for someone 45+ years of age, who's responsible, reliable, honest, practically inclined - and really, with a heart of gold" Bowell said. "You will at times be expected to trap or handle a feral or non-sociable cat."
The job requires a six month commitment starting November 1, with a couple weeks of unpaid training in October so you can hit the ground running. Despite living at work, the job is only considered part-time with approximately four hours paid per day. However, everything else is fully paid: the house, water, electricity and all cat medical expenses.
The cat sanctuary is in a nature preserve on Syros, which is also a popular tourist destination.
If you're interested in making the move, you still have time; Bowell said she will start conducting interviews at the end of August.
