If you wait until morning, it's going to be more expensive for a fill-up.
On Monday, some gas stations in Montreal are jacking their prices up to $1.27 for a litre of regular.
That's up more than 10 cents a litre from the price on Monday morning.
The change should be made just about everywhere by Tuesday morning's rush hour — and that's when the price of gas usually, gradually, starts dropping again, at the rate of about a cent per day, until the next big spike in gas prices happens next week.
