A star of of the wrestling world during the 1950's and 1960's has filed a lawsuit against singer-songwriter Van Morrison.
Former wrestler and Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Chief Billy Two Rivers recently discovered a photo of himself in his prime will be used in Van Morrsion's latest album.
Two Rivers told Kahnawake's K103 Radio that he believes the image is from an old promotional poster taken when he was wrestling in England.
He says he never gave Morrison or his record label Caroline Records permission to use the photo.
The album, due to be released this fall, is entitled "Roll With The Punches".
It is not known how much Two Rivers is seeking in damages.
