Firetrucks and ambulances were standing by at the Saint-Hubert Airport just after two o'clock this morning after the pilot of a Chrono Aviation Boeing 737 reported a problem.
A tire blew on take-off from Iqaluit last night.
The pilot was able to put the plane down safely and none of the 87 passengers and crew was injured.
