An 18-year old man from Dollard des Ormeaux has now been charged in a car surfing incident on Mount Royal last fall that seriously injured another young man.
Cameron Michael Stoute faces one count of criminal negligence causing bodily harm and another of dangerous driving causing injury in an incident last September 16.
A 22-year old man suffered serious head injuries when he fell from the roof of a car.
The Journal de Montreal says eyewitnesses told police investigators that the driver of the car had manoeuvred the vehicle in such a way as to cause him to fall off.
Stoute was arrested that day and was released on a promise to appear at a later date.
The charges carry a maximum penalty of ten years in prison.
