The daughter of former Quebec Premier Jean Charest is now a pot lobbyist.
Alexandra Dionne Charest is now representing the interests of National Access Cannabis, a company that assists people in legally obtaining medicinal marijuana.
According to the provincial registry of lobbyists, Dionne Charest is looking to makeĀ "the government aware of [National Access's] mission" and the role it "can play in the implementation of legalization and the distribution of cannabis."
She is targeting the premier's office and several ministries:
Dionne Charest has been a registered lobbyist for three years now and works for HATLEY, a strategic communications and lobbying firm based out of Montreal.
