Good news for a former Hells Angels hitman.
Delays in the court system have led to a stay of charges against 45-year old Ryan Wolfson.
He won't have to face trial for a murder committed in 2012.
Wolson, however, is serving a life sentence for another homocide.
According to the Supreme Court's so-called Jordan ruling Wolfson's trial was taking too long.
He was accused five years ago and the new limit is a year and a half or 30 months, depending on which level of court.
Wolfson is now the second person in Quebec to have a murder trial cancelled because of the court ruling.
