One of the men arrested in connection with the MUHC super hospital fraud case had all charges against him dropped Monday.
Jeremy Morris was a former principle shareholder in Sierra Asset Management, a Bahamas-based company that is alleged to have been at the center of the bribes, bid rigging and illegal transactions that led to the super hospital's billion dollar contract.
Six other people, who were arrested in the case, including SNC-Lavalin executive Pierre Duhaime and Yanai Elbaz, remain accused.
