Just one of the 84 bus drivers that walked off the job on Monday has been suspended for inciting the impromptu and unapproved protest.
Though Isabelle Tremblay with the STM says there may be more suspensions on the way.
"Everybody that was implicated... the file will be studied," she said.
Conflict arose from the automobile insurance board changing the way they bus drivers record their work.
Now, they're required to record their kilometres differently and sign documents - but they said the rules weren't clear and they were surprised with the changes on Monday morning - which wasn't enough notice.
By refusing to enter the garage for work that morning - drivers paralysed bus service over much of the east end during the first snowfall of the year.
Both the STM and the Bus drivers union have condemned the work stoppage.
All of the drivers who walked off the job will be docked pay for the day.
