A black man has spoken out after claiming Montreal police handcuffed and arrested him for no apparent reason.
According to Kenrick McCrae, who's in his 40's, he was in his car on the night of March 3rd waiting for his girlfriend who was at an ATM on Westminster in Montreal-West.
He said police seized his cam recorder and erased his recording of the intervention.
He also said four police cars and up to eight officers showed up, but was eventually released without charge.
The Center for Research Action on Race Relations has become involved in McCrae's case.
Police had yet to comment publicly on the case.
