Former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden says he's not sure if he should run for President in the next election, but he did say he thinks the Democratic Party needs fresh leadership.
Biden, who represented the state of Delaware in the American Senate for thirty-six years, ran for President in 1988, 1992 and 2008 before becoming Barack Obama's Vice President in 2009. He said in an interview with Snapchat's Good Luck America series that he's not sure a fourth bid for the White House is "the appropriate thing for me to do."
The interview is one of Biden's first since he the Trump Administration took office in January.
He said of his political party that "we gotta turn this ship around," but added that he'd "much rather prefer to be helping someone [else] turn it around than being the guy trying to turn it around."
