An armed assault in Montreal's northwest sector, in Ahuntsic-Cartierville on Sunday.
It happened on Berri near Chabanel.
Police said a suspect, 38-years old, was arrested after a man was attacked.
THe 35-year old victim suffered upper body injuries and his condition was described as stable.
Investigators were called in.
What weapon was used remained unclear and the motive for the attack wasn't yet known.
