After taking the last few weeks off for the holidays, work crews will be back on the job this weekend, in the bitter cold.
This weekend, there will only be one major trouble spot for motorists — the Turcot Interchange, as crews prepare to demolish the remaining elevated portion of the westbound Ville-Marie Expressway.
A handful of ramps will go down on Friday night, and remain closed throughout the weekend, including the 20 east ramp to the 15 south, the Decarie south ramp to the 20 west, and the Decarie south ramp to the 136 east, going into downtown Montreal.
Meanwhile, the 136 east will be closed at the Atwater exit, while the 136 west will be closed from exit 5.
The Rose-de-Lima exit will also be shut down.
