A lunchtime accident on Highway 40 West near the St. John's exit has forced a section of the highway to close completely for about an hour on Tuesday.
Traffic had been forced off at the Sources Blvd. exit as investigators piece together the accident, which involved two tractor-trailer trucks and two cars.
As of 1:15 p.m., one of the trucks remains to be cleared, while the left and centre lanes have re-opened.
Police report two minor injuries.
