Niagara police are searching for a suspect following a fire under the Division Street Bridge in Welland.
Emergency crews were called to the bridge just after 4 p.m. yesterday for reports of a fire and explosion.
Fire crews put the fire out quickly and the explosions are believed to have been cause by propane cylinders exploding.
A man in his 30's suffered minor injuries.
Police believe that two men had an argument that turned violent.
Officers say the victim was robbed and a tent was set on fire.
Police are searching for 37 year old Kyle James Armsworthy from Welland.
He is described as white, 6'2 feet tall, 176 lbs, with blonde, red hair, blue eyes, and a tattoo on his upper back that says "Armsworthy"

There was minor damage to the bridge but it was deemed safe and re-opened before 8 p.m.
