A 2nd suspect has appeared in court following the spectacular robbery of a Garda truck in Pointe-Claire last month.
44-year old Stessy Beaulieu was arrested on Tuesday in Hemmingford and appeared in court Thursday afternoon to face charges of robbery and conspiracy.
Two Garda employees were held at gunpoint in late October and two suspects subsequently used a stolen pay loader to bash the back of an armoured truck on Holiday Ave.
$200,000 was stolen.
54-year old Joseph Evrard, who has a long criminal record, including truck robberies, was arrested two days later.
He's been charged with eight counts relating to the heist.
